I forgot my password. How do I login?

Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Alivelook login page and enter your username. We will send you a temporary password you can use to log in.

I didn't receive a confirmation email after signing up. What do I do?

If you didn't receive a confirmation email after signing up, the reason may be one of the following:
- You may have entered your mail address incorrectly while signing up.
- The confirmation email may have ended up in your spam.
Please make sure your spam filter enables info@alivelook.com to reach your inbox. For additional help - contact us.

Why can't I see the Live video stream?

First, check the stream time availability (e.g. Live Stream 10PM est - 2AM est).


If you are viewing the stream during the correct stream time and you are still having trouble - disable any ad-blocking software that might prevent Flash media from loading. Some corporate networks, firewalls, and ad-blocking software may prevent the player from displaying. Please check with your Network Administrator to ensure that Flash video is permitted on your network.

Why does video sometimes stutter during playback?

Video may stutter or pause during playback if your Internet connection is not fast enough. You can check your actual internet bandwidth here.

I can't see the video or the player - what's wrong?

First, make sure you have javascript enabled in your browser.


Alivelook video is streamed through an Adobe Flash player. For the best viewing experience, we suggest you install the latest version of Adobe Flash after removing any old versions you’ve installed.

Please completely uninstall Flash before reinstalling the latest version.
To uninstall Flash, please follow Adobe’s instructions, listed here: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
Once you're done, restart your computer and follow Adobe’s instructions for reinstalling Flash: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
